ASTD’s plastics recycling facility – undergoing construction in EcoPark and to be in operation by end of 2026 – will be initially processing over 7000 tonnes of local plastic waste per year, creating raw materials and recycled finished products – completing the circular economy at a high scale.
EcoPark
EcoPark is Hong Kong's recycling-business park, established by the Hong Kong government in 2007 to bolster local recycling. Situated in Tuen Mun with a site area of 200,000 square meters, it provides long-term land for recycling companies to operate. EcoPark promotes the usage of advanced technologies and fosters successful circular economies in Hong Kong.
